Magical Magic* Kingdom

On our first full day at the parks, we
visited the always magical, Magic Kingdom!

We had an early breakfast reservation at "Be our Guest"
so were able to get into the park a little bit before other
visitors.
Always nice to see the park before it's full of people!

We were also able to get on some fun, fun rides before the lines got long!
Yes, even  a wimp like me will ride a roller coaster sometimes!
Plus, we never miss a chance to jump on and
ride Dumbo and the Teacups!

And, of course, besides the rides, we had to visit our favorite snack shops -
like Casey's!

It was a fabulous first day - you could say, "best day ever!"
We continued it at the pool
and Hollywood Studios later!

We 💖 Disney!

It's Magic -- The Magic Kingdom

Magic Kingdom is really my and Maddy's favorite park.
We love Epcot and enjoy Animal Kingdom
and Hollywood Studios,
but our No.1 fave is always
Magic Kingdom!

Knocking on the castle's door!
We spent a few mornings at Magic Kingdom,
hitting the rides, having some breakfasts
and generally enjoying our time
away from the worries and stresses
of the real world.
The pool called our names in the afternoon to escape the heat!

Who wants a balloon???
We still love seeing the characters!

We rarely are hunting down the princesses,
but if there's a short line for
visit with a Disney Character,
we jump right in!

The Fairy Godmother is so sweet!
We are saddened by the heartbreaking news of the shooting
and loss of life in Orlando.
Praying for Orlando.

What a Character(s)!

Back to the Disney wrap-up!
Oh yes, there is  a bit more! :)
On to Magic Kingdom!

We love this place
and one of our favorite things to do
is have brunch at the Crystal Palace!
Sounds glamorous, doesn't it??

If you call eating with Tigger, Pooh, Piglet and Eeyore glamorous,
you are right!

This place has a great location right across from the castle.
One of the nicest things about it is that the food is plentiful and
yummy and, even more important,
you never feel rushed and have plenty
of time to visit the characters!

We've done other character meals over the years,
but this one is really the best!

Honestly, I don't know who likes Tigger and Pooh more,
Maddy or Mr. Tennis!!
