Speaking of winners, did you see this?
The Husker Women's Basketball team just won the Big 10
tournament title and the Men's team won big and
are 4th seed in the Big Ten Tourney!
Everybody knows Lee's Chicken
and it is rumored that is where the
"Winner Winner Chicken Dinner" saying originated!

In chicken-related news, we recently
visited a Lincoln landmark --
Lee's Chicken!
This institution started in 1945!
Really!
When the boys were little, the lines
were out the door!
They have the best fried chicken, fries
and onion rings for miles around!
The decor hasn't changed much since
1945 - but with great old-fashioned food,
who needs fancy-pants decor?
Maddy and Mr. Tennis gave it a big thumbs up!

Okay it is 7:30 in the morning and now I am craving fried chicken!!! Sounds like a great place to eat. Usually some of the best places to eat are those places that stick to what they know and don't change a lot.
