Me and My Snowgirl!

For a school fundraiser, snowgirls (or snowboys) were offered for sale prior to Christmas. The woman making the snowgirl used parts of an old uniform for the scarf and the heart and stitched her name and the school name on it to personalize it. Unfortunately, the woman caught bronchitis and was unable to finish the snowgirl very quickly, so we received it only a day before Christmas. Even though it's about time already to put the little snowgirl away, isn't she so cute!

The snowman is cute - and what a neat idea! Our uniform shop sells clothes to fit American Girls dolls - Jasmine has one for her's -so their twinkies!!

Adorable snowman or snowboy. Our son Will calls them snowboys. :)
I just read your 'about me' area on the sidebar and realized how much we have in common. We have a 23 yr.old son(he doesn't live with us now, but is in the area), 6 yr. old Grace and 3 yr. old William.
Your daughter is beautiful!

The snowgirl is adorable! So cute to make them to match Maddie's uniform. Don't you live in the midwest? Seems like you have a few more months you could leave it out! :)

What a cute pair. Since we just had our first real snow (and not that much at that), I'd say you've got some more time for Snowgirl to stay out and play!

I love how she used the uniform on the snowman! It turned out so cute! Just keep it out for awhile...the snow is going to stick around for another few months, right? :)

P.S. I wish you and Maddy could come over and help me on the nursery too! It would be so great, and even more FUN!

How cute!! And what a great idea for the old uniforms! My oldest only attended Catholic school for a year so we don't have a collection of uniforms. But I'd imagine those with many kids in private school probably do. Great fundraiser!!
